Be Very Careful Who You Call a Narcissist If You Are a Loser in Life

Be Very Careful Who You Call a Narcissist If You Are a Loser in Life

Far too many people run around calling those who exude self-confidence, narcissists. And this is happening more and more these days, but why you wonder. It's simple really, today, we are told that it is all about the collective consciousness not the individual. Well, if the individual means nothing and if you accept this nonsense, then you are going to end up with such low self-esteem that anyone with a healthy self-esteem is going to appear, at least to you as being an ego-maniac or narcissist.

In reality those who are great at what do, know their abilities and have a psyche to match, will look like narcissists or ego enthralled nuts, when in reality they are perfectly inline and balanced. For instance, if you are great and you know it, there is nothing wrong with that. If you decide not to hide the fact, that does not make you a narcissist in the classical definition, rather it just means you refuse to adopt the new social norm of nonsense.

So, if you are running around calling over achievers and great people narcissists, then you really need to look in your own mirror and ask yourself if you suffer from depression, low self esteem or are perhaps just a loser in life with no motivation, commitment or strength of character.

Indeed, if you are constantly calling people ego maniacs or narcissists, maybe this should be telling you something about yourself, rather than telling us something about those you label so readily. I hope you will consider this and your name calling for what it is. It's quite annoying to others, especially the great ones. Think on this.

Wouldn't the "great ones" have enough self-confidence not to be annoyed by or need to label someone else a "loser in life"?

Sure, you make a great point, "the Great Ones, should not be too annoyed at being called names, but indeed, I just bet it gets old after a while. When I see people calling others names, especially my friends who are great, well it greatly annoys me. See that point?

  2. Sure! I'm a professional at knowing what a loser is. I'm a debt collector. ;)

I talked to a lady today that has been cleaning up a debt or two each year over the last five years. She hasn't lived well over the last five years, and her credit score would stereotype her as a "loser" just like the songs on the freecreditreport.com commercials. But, she is a hero. She had scraped by to make good on her debt due to one bad event! People like her that are honest and fix their mistakes are what will make our economy strong again.

Sadly, not everyone I talk to is like that.

My Favorite Things

Thirteen of My Favorite Things Raindrops on roses, and whiskers on kittens.... I love watching and singing along to a great musical. When I was a kid I used to run about singing like life was a musical. People would ask me what I was singing, but I was just making it up as I went. And I love dancing. I talked my mother into letting me take ballet lessons for a little while. But I wasn’t graceful and my ballet teacher didn’t have very liberal thoughts on teaching children. If you sucked, she let you know. But, she couldn’t ever accuse me of not enjoying dancing. All my favorite songs are either on soundtracks, or are great story like “Desperado” by the Eagles. Listing thirteen favorites might be the subject of another Thursday Thirteen. Some of the movie songs I’ve listened to while typing today: Da Funk by Daft Punk on The Saint soundtrack and #1 Crush by Mundy on the Romeo & Juliet soundtrack. Writing. I can get lost in writing. I love creating stories and characters. Apparently e
