Writing Stuff

Last weekend I got a few thousand words done on The Repossession - the cyborg/debt collector futuristic I started for consideration for an NCP anthology. Now I'm down to the wire. The due date is end of September and I haven't even gotten it to the point I feel comfortable sending a query.

I got to the 14,000 words last weekend and decided on making a little change when I had one of those ah-ha moments at work. So I took some notes while waiting on "privacy managers" and now I've been waiting all week to get back to my computer.

The final word count needs to be between 22,000-30,000. I'm shooting to write 10,000+ words and be done this weekend and ready for rewrites next.

Hmm...
