In late May the USPS is releasing Star Wars stamps (and probably key chains with stamp pics on them). You can go check them out and vote for your favorite here...

And darn it if they aren't all .41 in cost, which is how I learned of the new rate hike at USPS. I am not complaining. After all, I don't really use the USPS. I used to give them a few dollars a month sending off bills, but nowadays that is all automated. I haven't needed to use the USPS since I sent my last contract to a publisher.

ReplyDeleteI was just saying that the USPS is counting on huge Star Wars geeks like me, to buy them anyway, despite the hike, to see what they look like and which scenes they'll feature. *sigh* Pathetic, I know.
The rate hike is coming @ the most inopportune time.

ReplyDeleteI'm going to have to get the Star Wars stamps. Years ago, I used to collect stamps. I ended up giving my collection to my nephew. I hope he kept it up.
