Scratchback.com's TopSpots

A sure-fire way of getting some links to your blog or website is to pay for them. Scratchback.com's TopSpots option is relatively cheap as advertising goes. I found my first TopSpot here, and noted the links sold for $2.00. As an author, I have spent up to $25 for a link (usually with image) that only lasted a month. From that perspective, spending $2.00 for a link that would be around awhile is absolutely reasonably priced. But I did note that for the people signing up for their own tip jar, their portion of the proceeds have to meet $25 and so these tips don't initially seem like they'll be a moneymaking endeavor. But at least they'd be a sure thing (as long as the participant was with the program). Though, I do hope the participant would have some say to keep completely inappropriate links of their side bar (like porn links on a family blog).
