Part Deux: Technology Is Grand

Jennifer Colgan was out at her local bookstore and snapped a picture of Starlit Destiny with her cell phone for me. Cool! Thanks!

I'm a bookstore bum lately....

The first reason I never go book shopping is that both of my nephews are still here and I spend most of my free time with them. This is a great excuse! I'm so glad they are here. Nick leaves tomorrow, but Griffin will be here for another month or so. Anyway, last weekend we went to Marine World over in Vallejo, CA. A long weekend, but fun.

The second reason is I seldom get online or go book shopping is I switched shifts at work. I don't get off until 7:00 PM and work a half-day on Saturday. But, with half-Saturday and Sunday and Monday off it fools me into thinking I have more time! I love the new shift. :)

  1. I love my new cell phone. The funny part is, taking the picture is easy, but I'm a spaz at sending the e-mail with the picture attached. It usually takes half an hour of pressing those tiny buttons to get the thing sent to the right address.

  2. This lady I work with has a flip open phone with a tiny keyboard... takes her forever to compose e-mail. I'm too impatient. She doesn't have a camera that I recall though, but that would be fun to share certain special moments "instantly".
