What Comes After Terabyte?

I got one of those little 2 GB cruiser doohickies from Sansdisk to back up the other computer, and in the paper noticed that there was a 500 GB external hard drive on sale for a fairly low price.

How far will we have to go? I know that computers will need massive storage capability to do some of the things I say they can do in Starlit Destiny. But how much do we need for practical purposes?

Probably about 2 GB for non-Poser users.

1 TB? Not yet for me. That is approximately 240,000 songs. I like to listen to songs over and over again so I can enjoy them. I don't see myself having an extra 20 years to sing along to each song a handful of times before I die.

2 TB?

I suppose, for the low price of $704.99 I back up all my DVDs?
