Image and video hosting by TinyPicI found a great butternut squash recipe on Yahoo! Food today ... Penne with Roasted Butternut Squash and Ham.

I love ham and squash together, but that isn't what attracted me to this recipe. I'm curious about the mascarpone cheese. I don't think I've ever tried it, unless it was in a dish at fancy restaurant or something and I didn't know what I was trying.

Until today, I didn't even know what mascarpone cheese was. Thanks to this page, I know where to find this speciality cheeese because they do have a Trader Joe's somewhere in town.
