When I was kid, 30-40 years ago, saying things like "you run like a girl" or "atta girl" when someone screwed up in a sports game was pretty much standard. It was an insult meaning the person was a wimp. Judging people by today's cultural standards is useless. Kids these days are too young to know the change in attitudes, but older people on the Left should recognize the changes.
