Can You Use the Store Name in Product Description at Zazzle?

A new shopkeeper I know recently asked me if it is all right to our store name in the product description area on product pages in our store at Zazzle.

There is no need to worry about that. Our store names are automatically on each page with links that can get customers where they want to go. Also, the system automatically attributes each product within our store to that store name so adding it as a tag is just duplicating efforts.

If you didn't notice the store name in a link already on each product page, make sure to spend some time exploring each page. The layout has had some changes several times over the years that I've been a customer/shopkeeper at Zazzle, so I explore from time to time.

If you thought you'd place a link in your description as a way of keeping more traffic rather than their moving to another shop, consider that some people spend way too much time trying to figure out ways to gain sales from Zazzle. Using the system or marketplace can get some people that aren't fully aware of the user agreement and other policies into trouble.

If you're worried about traffic, the best way to get traffic to your store is to start social networking, blogging, creating websites, and utilizing other marketing opportunities.
