A low-carb cookbook I found used at the bookstore in the Great Western Marketplace here in Reno, NV. They have so, so many great cookbooks for sale there for $2 each. My early New Year's Resolution is to finish up Thanksgiving leftovers and a few Christmas candy canes then go on a low carb diet and try some of these recipes. I bought the Dr. Atkin's diet book with diet instructions to go with it via Amazon a few days before I went used book shopping. It arrive today in the mail.
