The Polyglot Files Channel has a series vlogging about learning the Russian Language on YouTube. Short version: I'm learning Russian. Long version: I recently read that a polyglot was someone who spoke 6 or more languages. Currently, I'm only studying 5. I have also used the course book The New Penguin Russian Course : A Complete Course for Beginners (Penguin Handbooks) by Nicholas J. Brown.

Here is the meeting place and information boards at Domodedovo Airport in Moscow, Russia near the main entrance. The photo was taken from the second floor. How do I check in for my flight at Domodedovo Airport? When you arrive, find these big boards by the meeting point and they will list the kiosk where your airline is located. When you check-in airport might be so busy that the airlines only have their kiosk for a few hours surrounding the flight time. If you know that you will arrive more than 2-3 hours before your flight, check Domodedovo's site to see if your airline has self-check in kiosks. Not all airlines use those kiosks it seems, so it is pretty typical to see people with luggage in the seating lounges upstairs. Most of the shopping and food is upstairs or past security.

When I spent a few months this past year in Russia, I saw a lot of Russian men doing things like carrying groceries for little old ladies, or standing on public transportation so older people, pregnant ladies, and women with children could be seated.
