Sumo Car Wash

I found this sexy sumo carwash commercial featuring Danger! High Voltage by Electric Six. The YouTube vid comes from a Canadian advertisement for the 2009 Subaru Forester. The sexy sumos conjured up memories of this April 2006 post here on my blog featuring sexy hunks (naked butt alert) washing a car . Seen on Neatorama's Advertising Category .

FoodFacts.com

Wandering around this afternoon I found FoodFacts.com , a great resource for people with issues such as food allergies or people that want to avoid eating various toxins. For instance, at foodfacts.com I found a small list (one at this time) that use propylene glycol. Now, wait a second, I thought.... Isn't that anti-freeze? Tap, tappity-tap. (Sounds of me googling propylene glycol .) I wasn't mistaken. Sure enough, propylene glycol is the main ingredient in anti-freeze. Here are the pages at Dow that I found regarding industrial grade propylene glycol and food/pharmaceutical use of propylene glycol . And here is another page warning about how propylene glycol is particularly dangerous for cats . I don't know about you, but I'm just enough of a health food nut to consider that a little today might not kill me but a lifetime of eating unnatural foods can't be good for me.

Help With Citations

WorldCat.org has a citation tool (Build a bibliography) that would have come in so handy when I was a college student. I could write the papers with little trouble. The tricky part came trying to remember what format to cite my sources. And of interest to authors wanting one more place to promote their book.... WorldCat.org also has an option where users create a list of books (or other items) they'd like to keep track of. There is an Amazon.com interface that allows other users to go straight to the buy page.
