Things I Learned Self Publishing Romance (UPDATE)

Kelli Publish talks about the cost of advertising for self-published romance authors on Amazon, and her general experience in 2020 dipping into self-publishing in the romance market. I wish she shared her pen name (maybe she did and I missed it). I'd buy one of her books. I still have a few books I wrote in the past that I have never published to Amazon because basically, I don't know that I'm interested in working on "building a brand" either. I'm more a hands off kind of writer like Joan Wilder in Romancing the Stone . I'd run off on the occasional wild adventure with Jack T. Colton than run giveaways on social media.
