So after I researched how to print my own decoupage tissue paper at home ( last post here ), YouTube showed me this video so I watched it too. She said that some of these hand crafted decoupaged oyster and scallop shells with gold gilding are going for $40 at sales, yet they aren't that expensive or time consuming to create.
