Starting at about 18:10 is a really good tip for new Zazzle designers. She starts to talk about using the template fields to make customizing a product easier for customers. It reminds me that I've been guilty of leaving fields with the standard "Text 1" in some past designs because I have so much experience using their system. But customers don't have the experience, so many are looking for simplicity over complexity. If the product is a monogrammed pillow, it isn't as important to label "Name" and "Initial" because it won't be difficult for even first time Zazzle shoppers to fill out the text fields. But for more complicated designs such as invitations with many different text fields, it could be helpful to use labels that are more descriptive such as "Bride", "Groom" and "Venue Location" so that all the data is entered without much fuss.
