Yet I will have to go through more of her meal prep videos and plan out some meals at least a few days in advance. I recently had a cold, so I wanted traditional foods like orange juice and honey in my teas. Now that I'm back to normal and dropping sugar and breads again, planning out some keto snacks and meals ahead of time will really help me ignore the rest of the items in the fridge!
