I found a great butternut squash recipe on Yahoo! Food today ... Penne with Roasted Butternut Squash and Ham.I love ham and squash together, but that isn't what attracted me to this recipe. I'm curious about the mascarpone cheese. I don't think I've ever tried it, unless it was in a dish at fancy restaurant or something and I didn't know what I was trying.
Until today, I didn't even know what mascarpone cheese was. Thanks to this page, I know where to find this speciality cheeese because they do have a Trader Joe's somewhere in town.
