In The Hole

I watched Shawshank Redemption last night. I think throwing all the computer programmers that have the nerve to put mini-programs that update each and every day should be thrown in the hole for a month of solitary confinment. I have probably spent an hour today waiting for stupid updates. I'm tired of it! Tired I tell you. I feel like Andy who had to crawl threw a sewer to escape ... only there is no freedom on the otherside. On the WWW it is another day of mini-programs running in the background updating programs tomorrow that I still haven't used anyway! No freedom.
