On Twitter this morning I saw that black and white graphic prints are one of the top fashion trends for the spring of 2020 on the New York runways. That link goes to Fashionista. I was reading through their article, checking out what is trending. Keeping up with the big trends in the word of art and fashion helps provide inspiration for people like me that sell artistic designs and patterns online. When it comes to this trend... designer's like me got you covered! Black and white patterns have been a staple among designers at that have stores at Zazzle for as long as I've had an online store there. Check out this collection dedicated to black and white graphic prints.
Awhile back, I bought a cross body bag from Zazzle with artwork rather than a pattern. It's really nice. A sturdy fabric that is holding up very well. I use it very lightly because I work from home. But I like it enough that I know I'll eventually buy an over-the-shoulder tote bag version as well for shopping. I usually shop in small quantities, so one tote bag is all I need. Besides saving the planet with fewer plastic bags heading to the landfill, these bags are just more comfortable for hauling small loads to the car. Maybe not on days that I buy a gallon of milk. But, most shopping trips.
With the tile pattern applied, this simple black and white diagonal color block because a triangle pattern. You can remove the seamless tile repeating pattern and enlarge the black and white diagonal image to cover the print area again. You can also add a bold modern font single letter monogram in a bright color.
For Zazzle designers... As a digital photographer and designer with online shops, I'd already noticed black and white patterns were on trend. As we moved into fall shopping, I had already seen a noticeable increase in the sale of black and white designs from my shops. But I read the fashion news for inspiration anyway.
